به گفته معاون امور مشترکین و درآمد شرکت آب و فاضلاب استان قزوین در اسفندماه سال گذشته، حدود ۲۵ هزار خدمت از طریق میزهای خدمت مستقر در ستاد و امور آبفای شهرستان های تابعه به مردم ارائه شده است.
به گزارش روابط عمومی، ناصر لامعی با اعلام این مطلب افزود: از این تعداد ۱۹۳۴۱ خدمت به شهرنشینان و ۵۵۳۸ خدمت به روستانشینان استان ارائه شده است.
وی همچنین میزان خدمات غیرحضوری را در مدت زمان یاد شده را ۱۷۷۰ خدمت برشمرد که از میان خدمات ارائه شده، خدمت اعلام کنتور با تعداد ۱۶۶۰ فقره بیشترین خدمت غیرحضوری بوده است.
معاون درآمد و امور مشترکین شرکت آب و فاضلاب استان قزوین ادامه داد: کلیه خدمات ۲۲ گانه فروش و پس از فروش انشعاب آب و فاضلاب این شرکت بر روی سایت اینترنتی به نشانی www.abfaqazvin.ir قابل دریافت می باشد.
لامعی در پایان اشاره کرد: دریافت خدمات مذکور از طریق منوی میز خدمت سایت مذکور، ثبت نام در پورتال مشترکین و نیز اپلیکیشن “یار آب” که قابل دانلود از بانک نرم افزاری مایکت، بازار و سایت شرکت است، ممکن می باشد.
